While Tentrax could be listed under Tent Trailers, we've kept it in the Overland Category since it's primarily an off-road trailer that happens to have a tent attached.
These lightweight, small trailers are great for one or two people, but are a little small for family use. The stock capacity of 35 cubic feet is hindered by the tent & bed, but there still is space for some gear. This is a great solution for those that pack light and are always on the go.

The Sierra 4x4 Base Model was designed as an upgrade for those interested in the classic military M-416 trailer. The dimensions are similar and the look is dead on. These trailers are great for pulling down rough trails behind Jeeps or other small off road vehicles. Priced to sell, the Sierra 4x4 Base trailer can be purchased for under $4,100 and is very well equipped:
It includes a powder coated black 2" x 3" frame (a 2” X 4” frame is optional), a painted tub in standard colors, powder coated black fenders, a bed mat, 5 x 4.5 lug pattern hubs, and standard wheels & tires. These trailers are 61” wide fender to fender and is is 120” long. With standard wheels and tires the trailer weighs in at a svelt 640lbs. The Gross Vehicle Weight is 1500lbs but that can be upped to 3500lbs with the optional brakes.
The trailer itself is built of 14GA steel that's MIG welded together for the ultimate in toughness. Cargo room comes out to 35 square feet, which is very similar to a military M-416 trailer. The trailer is 19" deep and stands 42" high on standard tires. It also include 2.5" receiver tubes on each end.
There are plenty of upgrade options available for the trailer including a lid, upgraded suspensions, lights, length, and even width. Sierra 4x4 is also willing to work with you to customize a trailer to your exact specifications. Overall this is an excellent option for a great basic off road trailer.
